Born on 2 December 1981, in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both movies and television shows. Having started her acting career with her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her first role as Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's credits on TV are Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians, and numerous other. Brandt started her role as Mazikeen (the role that was played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the urban-fantasy series Lucifer back in 2016. Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa and later immigrated from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. She began her career as a model by appearing in ads and commercials. She also worked as an IT recruiting consultant and also in retail prior to becoming famous as a fashion model.
